    free flow substitute

I removed my 06 gp1300r sound supression system some time ago and have since used some of the bits for other projects. I want to refit it to gain more speed.
    (A) Is it worth the effort?
    (B) What diameter restrictor would mimic it?
I am running 71.8mph at 7140 hot engine and full fuel.
    Thanks, REXA.

I think that if you use a 1200 water box and free flo, it is the same as 1300 water box with sound sup. I put my s.s. back in and picked up speed.

Thanks phillip, but as I am in N.Z. I had better find one locally. REXA.

    Sweet, found my answer.
But if you jump back to stock sound suppression setup, how much of a difference is the hole shot and midrange compared to the free flow?
