Please analyze my combustion chamber - is it usable?

2006 155HP that suffered major damage on the PTO cylinder. Piston was turned to a pile of aluminum fragments. The head has some damage, but no damage to the seats as far as I can tell and very litte damage in the center cumbustion area. I think it is still usable. Please review the pics and tell me if I am correct or doing some wishful thinking? Do I need to have it shaved?

    Thanks,
    Greg

I would definately do a head job have it checked you can spray brake cleaner in the exhaust and intake sides to see if the valves are not seating properly. The head does not appear to have major damage but proper checking internally (pulling valves out checking seats etc) tells the tale. I did only deck my head I would reccomend staying under ten thousandths. For a piece of mine do a valve job while its out if you got it apart and get the full oem gasket kit pricy but worth it. It will have your seals for the head as well

Relooking at the pick Looks like cylinder #1 took the damage so That where I would focus on as far as pulling valves etc. Have those valves pulled and checked might as well pull them all hence do a valve job but that head looks like a fixer in my book

I took the head apart tonight and overall, I think it looks like it is in good shape. Nothing wrong with the seats, which was my biggest concern. I have to check the valves for staightness on #1, but I think they are all OK. I am going to have a local machine ship fill the scars and mill it a bit. I will then relap the valves install new seals. Anything else I need to do? 2 new exhaust rockers (anyone have a couple used ones? PN: 42025432 and the head will be ready. Also if anyone knows of a block for sale, let me know. Thanks for the help.
