    RXPX ECU programming help.

Got an 08 rxpx and a les Cooke 8650 ECU. I was wondering if I can program keys to my stock ecu and my les ecu at the same time? Also when I program the les what all do I need calibrated?

Yes, anyone with BUDS or Candoo can do this for you.

Thx Jerry. Do you know if I'd be able to swap ECUs in/out without reprogramming? (I.e. going on a lake cruise and just wanna run normal limter than put in the les and go race on the dame keys?)

Yes you can but make sure the TB is reset for either ECU as the setting is stored in the ECU.

When I had my LC ecu mated to my gauge cluster and the SD tech updated something. I am unable to switch ecu now, unless I take it to get the next ecu mated to my gauge cluster.

With that being said, I have seen ecus being able to be switched between ski without problems before. You are just going to have try it and see.

When you marry the cluster to the ECU it reads a number from the ECU and stores it in the cluster. This is used for the security encoding. If the Code is the same in both ECU's you can switch anytime. If they are different then you have to marry them.

The keys can be programmed for both ECU's and your other ski's. All it does is read the serial number out of the key and store it in the ECU. The key itself is not programmed.

When you install a new to the ski ECU, you must reset the TPS. Once set you don't need to reset it unless you change or remove the TPS from the ski.
