Thread: XPL seat cover

    XPL seat cover

I set about removing the old seat cover from my 98 XPL but it seems the foam is glued to the cover at the edges. I'd like to drop off just the seat pan, foam, and new hydroturf cover at the upholstery shop for installation in the morning. The existing cover is not rotted or split, I just want a new cover. Do I need to cut the foam off of the cover or does the new cover go over the existing one?

If the old cover is not damaged then it should be left untouched and the new cover goes right overtop of it.
