How Far Can I build the block in a 2004 RXP before I drop it in the hull?

How far can I build the engine (exhaust manifold, air intake manifold, front air plastic RIVA tube, etc.) before it is a PITA to get it into the hull?

I would say do the Exhaust manifold, front and rear covers(Oil pump, pto) and the rest can go on later.

I built mine complete including the exaust manifold, intake manifold, all three motor supports, fuel rail and etc. Its a tight fit working it in by yourself but it will go! Had to reposition the chain a couple times but went in no problem. If I do it again I'll wait on the intake manifold but thats it.

How do you separate the cap from the hull? The epoxy seems pretty tough.
