1300 troubles Help from the PRO's NEEDED

here goes; 04 1300r with 84mm ported 66v cylinders efi 6-9-6-7. 4 degree keyway, vf3's 150-152-146 comp. gas valves, Dplate with chip; still on oil injection oil lines are in great shape; 84hrs on ski.
ported cylinders have been on since 34 hr added keyway and reeds @ 78hrs ski has been awesome up until ski stalled while running about 6200rpm stalled two more times before i made it back to landing checked comp 150-152-30 will add pics of jug and piston of #3 cylinder. 1 & 2 wash looked good. Had been running with out FAs thought i sucked up some water put spare ported jug on went back out ran great for about 30 - 45 min then stalled again i was right by landing checked comp. 150-152-60 cylinder will be ok but piston not so lucky any help would be greatly appreciated 1st pic is the second piston on #3
side notes: i did pressure test after reeds and after i replaced cylinder, and since ported cylinders where installed i add 1 oz oil per gal. of gas to help with the extra fuel being added

Tough to diagnose sometimes. With raised compression and a keyway it doesn't take much to loose a piston. Any water congestion even for a second can cause this. I would recommend pre-mix to increase the percentage of oil.

it makes sense I'm also using a 4 degree key, and 150 compression and premix but i will share something with you.
IM USING A 08 HEAD GASKET.THE COOLING HOLES FOR THE 3rd CYLINDER ARE BIGGER.IT MEANS MORE WATER FLOW TO THAT CYLINDER.

hard to tell from the crappy pics... but I see heavy detonation marks on the cyl head where the gasket mates, the #3 cyl got so hot it cracked from the exh port to the transfer port, also it looks like the piston between the rings is mangled and the cyl plating is coming apart which could indicate lack of oil

get some better pics, and maybe some pics of the other cylinder too
