Riva Pro Reduction Nozzle Ring Change.
I have just fitted a Riva Reduction Nozzle and I now need to change the ring for another size. Can do this without taking the steering nozzle off and if so how is the best way to do this.

The steering nozzle must be removed to change rings.
I use this tool to remove/install the reverse lever spring:
Unbolt the steering cable
Unbolt the reverse cable
Unbolt the VTS rod
Undo the OPAS hose
Unbolt the steering nozzle-remove
Use blue locktite (242)
plumbers dope works good on the ring set screws......do not over tighten.

take the little allen bolt off the top of the reverse bucket and drop it down. take the big allen bolts off the top and bottom of the ring that surrounds the nozzle and remove that deal. thats how i change mine takes 10 minutes...

Thanks guys, I could not see a way of doing it without taking something off but just thought I would dip into the pool of endless info on the site to check. Cheers
