    2003 gtx performance

i'm looking at a 2003 gtx non SC, has 140 hrs and is clean. can anyone advise me on what to look for? also what's the acceleration and top speed compared to my 787 spx in the chop?any mods to improve overall performance? thanks all in advance.

Top speed I think is near 63-64 mph. It's great in choppy water but you'd want to at least put a stage 1 kit or hook up kit install. Maintenance is a priority so check that. Check over the jet pump and impeller for damage. Check hull for damage; that should tell you too how well they took can of it. I think you can push the set button 5 times to check for any trouble codes.

Decent ride.. Top speed is about 59-60 ish.
This is the very first year for the 4 stroke.. but I don't think there is anything
specific other than the "normal" things to look for when used boat shopping.
