    1997 1100 wave venture

Bought a 1997 1100 stock. New motor with less then 15 hours. What Are some mods that I should think about doing and what will it help with?

Leave it alone, that ski is meant for stability, not speed.

That being said, replace the grey fuel lines, fuel filter, and spark plugs if they haven't been done yet. Those grey fuel lines deteriorate on the inside.

I have one myself, and I agree that it is best left stock and used for utility purposes, as it has a very stable hull. We use ours mostly for pulling tubers (great) and skiers (OK, but hard to maintain a stable speed).
