X-Charger + 42 injectors + Fizzle
I'm going to be putting a x-charger with 42 injectors and a fizzle intercooler on my 2005 RXT, my question is am I going to need fuel pressure regulator if I go the intercooler route.
I've read alot saying if I keep the stock intercooler I'll be fine with 42 injectors, but if I add the external cooler is a regulator needed.

Yes, you will need a Fuel pressure regulator aswell as an A/F wideband reader to be able to tune to get the proper AFRs. Shoot for 11.8-12 WOT and you should be good.
If you keep the stock intercooler then you wouldn't need the RRFPR and the x charger with 42's will suffice.

Is there a big difference from a stock to fizzle cooler ?

Just to give you a hint on this setup, I'm running the same...08 gtx 215hp with x-charger, bosh 42's stock intercooler and stock intake and my I'm running rich at WOT, I see 11.2 to 11.4. I know I'm a bit too rich but at least i'm on the safe side.
Time for more upgrades!!!!
