I was going with some of that design and some of the Les Cooke flat nose style, kind of the 2 morphed together,
so far it is just $65.00 worth of material for both, I already had the riva sponson mounting plates,
I am doing some more testing this weekend,
    I will keep you posted,
    thanks,

Looks good. This is what we made for my skies a few years ago. Riva backing plate with a custom aluminum fin. Tried dropping the OEM sponsons 20mm on my RXPX a few months ago and definitely plan on doing it to my other one.

I dont know what material ur using. But i have a cnc router and could cut or mill them from plastic or composite material. Even the backing plate. A good durable plastic would work prolly. Or maybe fiberglass or g10. Send me a pm if interested. Mass produce them.
