Starting my project, using a GP800R hull.... any input?

Well guys, my season is soon to slow down(pwc technician) and I'm starting my gprxp project. Bought a 05 rxp with a broken cam chain. The engine is in mint condition except the cam chain. The hull is terrible due to oxidation so I decided this was a perfect donor boat.... So the question is that I'm using a gp800r hull but the mounting holes are different than the 12 and 13. The hull is the same other than the factory mounts. I'm going to have to cut both sides because I have to move both sides forward, so I'm going to put the cases in the hull and mok up the mounts. I havn't found any other 800's so I think I will be the first... Thanks in advanced for your input

You should see "indentations" where the 12/13r holes should go.
