    Gas Valve Billet caps

Hey, in case you fella's with the Gas Valves would like to get rid of the cheesy plastic caps that sometimes melt, you can get replacement metal caps from PPG for about $120 a set. It's spendy, but better than melting caps.

Thats cool Mark. Its nice to have an option of buying the caps only. Good find, and you don't even need that type of thing anymore. I know, you were looking for hop up schwag for your 4TEC-SC.

Is Jerry a distributor for PPG?

OUCH. I think that I can probably get some for about $80.00 $90.00 a set. If anyone is interested let me know. We did melt about 4 of them. I still got 3 complete sets of valves left with them metal ones.

oside, some things have changed and I have not been posting much lately since I have been busy. I dont have any available, I was told that they could provide me some. I used to get them years ago from a different vendor but then he stop carrying them. I also knew that Todd Lachance used to carry them at one point. R&D may have some, I got some from them years about 3 years ago but there was an issue with the thread pitch

When you asked me I did not have any and they were not available and I still dont have any, other than with the complete sets that I have.

    Fercho,
I wrote Todd a week or so ago and have not heard back from him yet. I hear he also made Billet outer covers for these have you ever seen them? Looks like he is mostly into the 4-stroke motorcycle stuff now. I would really like to find a set of these. I have another set of Gas valves on the way to me do you have or can you get the Billet threaded piston caps? if so I would rather pay $80-$90 then $120

    I'll let you know tomorrow.

For those other that are looking for gas valves I still got some of these

Sets of 1200 and a new set for the 1300. Both will have aluminum valves ( the ones that screw into the blade) it will also included aluminum plugs for the cylinders, Green Bellows and Red Springs in addition to all of the other parts needed for assembly. A sweet setup
$600.00 a set and this are brand new!!!

Fercho, Thats a sweet deal seeing how I paid $500 for a used Riva set and $120 for the billet piston caps and had to buy two new green bellows got a deal on those ebay $20 still it ran more than yours is new.

Fercho, other than trimming the one cap for the single pipe is there any trimming necessary to fit the blades on these?
