    1. Did you verify pop off pressure is equal and correct?
    2. Did you adjust the Needle/Seat Arms to verify flush with the valve body?
    3. Are these new Needles/Seats?

I think either the NS are leaking or there is too much pressure build up in the carbs. Maybe one of the check valves is creased. What size resistor jet are you using for the fuel return mod? And are you using genuine Mikuni carb kits and parts?

Here's a good long thread on the subject. Maybe something there will help you.

installed new 1.5 ns still a dribbler, genuine mikunu, the return line jet was a 95, then tried a 90, then, no jet ,no difference. all my low jets are 100's 135 mains, gonna pull them back off double the check valve. maybe put the big springs back in, maybe just try a different set of carbs, i have 3 sets. is there a measurement on the arms, they look even. any suggestions anyone?? thanks

Just for comparison, mine took a 105 main jet to get about 1-2 psi at idle and around 5.5 at WOT.

You're gonna double this one, correct? That's supposed to help prevent dribbling.

No no, I was talking about the return line restrictor jet. its a 105 main jet. With your smaller 95 jet, maybe its building too much fuel pressure.

I'm running 100 lows, 135 highs. 115 gram spring and 1.5 NS. Low screws are 1.25 turns out and highs are 1.5 out
My pop off pressure was about 49 to 50 psi.
