    2002 suv1200 trim frozen

Where should I look to see where my trim might be frozen at?

Where it is most likely exposed to the water .... i. e. both ends.

I've managed to free up my cable by removeing it and hanging it up by one end and applying a super penatrating oil suh as AEROKROIL into the cable. I then grabbed the sheath and tried to pull the cable both directions to loosen it up.

It was an uphill climb, but I managed to free it up. I then lubricated it with a silicone grease and left it at that.

Cables are expensive, so it is worth buying a can of penatrant and giving it a shot.
