Need help with AMP hook up in car

Anyone out there know anything about hooking up car amps?

I need to know how to hook up some speakers so I don't go bellow the ohm rating of the amp.

Both in in 2 channel and single bridge channel.

I have 3 speakers this is all for one side of the car.
    1 soft dome tweeter, 4ohm
    1 5inch kicker mid, 4ohm
    1 combo 6 1/4 mid tweet, 4ohm

So how do i run theses three speakers so it will not go bellow 2ohm's.

Amp's I am working with is a old school punch 45. I have two that I can use just for the Mids and tweets.

I have something else for my subs.

one speaker per channel is all you can do without changing ohms, anything else wont sound right or wont last long...

Well I know that is not all correct as I had it done before, but I had it installed by the pros. And this is the same amps I had in high school with over 6 mids and tweets. I just don't remember how it was done.

you really need a crossover or the correct value capacitors for each speaker to hook those up and have them sound right, the right crossover will take care of your impedence worries too.

    I have a fosgate PA-1 crossover.

If I wire them in parallel that will drop my rating to 1.36ohms!
You think it will be OK?

    hook up

Man, I didn't know people still use them ( Punch 45).... The best low budget amps on the market. Im using Punch 45/75 & 150 's in my car/truck. Bullet proof, good below 2 ohms actually. Hook them all up in parallel. Get a 300 HZ bass blocker for the mids or just turn the bass gain down on the amp. Whatever you doo !!! don't remove or increase the fuse that is in line with the speake wires ....killz em dead

It will sound great and the amp wont feel a thing connected as above.

yeah i am a pro thank you, and im telling you on a two channel amp you can run 2-4ohm speakers parrallel on each channel to bring you down to 2 ohms which all 2 channle amps go down to. They only go to 4 ohms in brigded mono though...there is a box that you can buy to run 2 highs and one sub off of a 2 channle amp though...
