Is 8600rpm Plus Too Much
I am running a Riva ECU and the rest is very similar to a Riva St3 kit. I have a 15-19 3 blade and have a 82mm ring in the nozzle. At WOT I am seeing around 8620-8640rpm. My question is am I running my rev too high and would I be better to put a 81mm ring in to pull the rev's down a bit.
I have just fitted the 15-19r and had a 15-22r 4 blade in before with a 93mm nozzle. I did not gps with the 15-22r but the ski felt like it was quicker to accelerate and the top end speed seemed faster, rpm was around 8350. With the 15-19r I am seeming 8600 plus rpm and I have now gps'ed the ski and it is running at 73.4mph but the ski fells slower.
Any thoughts or advise.

Your on the limiter. Put the 15-22 back in and de-pitch for 8560-8580

Would it be worth trying a 81mm ring in the nozzle instead of the 82m I have in now or do you think I wold still be too close to the limiter?
