Jerry theres a 215/ 255 Hp compleat S/C Listed in your new stuff for sale but no 185 Hp S/C listed ?

Jerry how much is a compleat new S/C for a 2005 Challenger 180 running a 185 Hp SC engine ?

How much would return shipping be for a rebuild (i asume shipping its the same as a new one)

I dont think GH has ever sold the complete 185 hp SC.
You can buy the 185 rebuild kit in the store.
Will the rebuild kit not work for you or is your sc trashed?

I was just wondering why theres no 185 HP compleat ones listed.

Whats it take to up grade my boat to a 215 Hp or is that a compleatly diffrent engine block ?
    Mine is intercooled

    Same block.
Gear on SC and crank are different (number or teeth) along with your pistons are cast and not forged.
ECU (rpm) are different also along with fuel pump and adition of the IC.

try these guys they are in Michigan, so shipping is minimal.

I found same as you plenty of complete 215 HP SC's but no 185's. The only difference in SC is what Steve said, 17 tooth gear.

So a 2003 S/C off the same 185 HP engine with 17 teeth will fit a 2005 and work fine then?

No Problem and Welcome to the Forum!

The 185 can be a bit pricey to mod but can be done, just depends on what you are looking for gains and in the boat they will be harder to come by.
Why are you rebuilding your SC? Just Curious, hours, wear, ect.
If you do need the rebuild and want to leave the 185 crank in, go with a 185 kit and a sc drop in wheel upgrade or drop the kit in a OEM 215 SC.

If you want to go 215 setup and convert everthing over check out "Jpeconsult" thread and all the information to know is there.

This doesnt make sense unless youve added an intercooler. If it's intercooled from the factory it's a 215.
