Looking for torque specs and sequences

I am putting my 06 RXT back together tomorrow. Can anyone point me to a link to a copy of the manual for this stuff or post it up? I am hoping to test drive it on Sunday. Torque specs and sequences for head intake exhaust etc

I cant seem to find any torque specs except the ones that are for a general bolt in the beginning. Does anyone know Intake bolts exhaust bolts head bolts and the bolts that hold the rocker armsshaft down? They seem like the important ones at the very least. Is there an exhaust gasket at all or is it just RTV?

head info starts at page 140. For quick reference, see below

Head bolts, must use new bolts!
    -first stage, 40Nm 30ft/lbs
    -second stage, additional 120 degrees
    -third stage, additional 90 degrees
-torque the 2 smaller bolts in the timing chain area to 7.5 ft/lbs, 10 Nm or 89 in/lbs AFTER the head bolts are finished

    sequence
    6 2 3 7
    5 1 4 8

Rocker arm shaft bolts, must use new bolts!
-First stage torque 7.5 ft/lbs, 10 Nm or 89 in/lbs. Tighten center 2 bolts and then work to the outside.
-Second stage to 20 Nm 177 in/lbs same sequence.
-Lastly, use a torque angle gauge to tighten an additional 90 degrees

Pretty much all of the E8 bolts are 7.5 ft/lbs, 10 NM or 89 in/lbs, so that covers the intake, exhaust, fuel rail and valve cover etc

thin film of RTV for the exhaust manifold, no gasket

Damn rocker arm bolts new too???? Shit I didnt get new ones of those. I have heard of torque to yield head bolts, but I just assumed the rocker arm shaft bolts where OK. I will check with my dealer Monday.

You dont have to replace the rocker arm bolts. Theyre good for one more round. Just take it easy on the final torque.

Thank you that helped alot. I must have gone right by the correct page. It says to locktite the exhaust manifold bolts, are those the only ones you locktite. It was hard to tell from the picture.

I saw from another post I should put oil on the head bolts before torqueing them? What about locktite on the rocker arm intake and exhaust bolts

You can put loc-tite on the intake and exhaust bolts but don't put that on the rocker bolts and if you do re-use them to get yourself out on the water, at least order new ones and replace them this week, I have seen them snap after reuse so use with caution. They are smaller bolts and I wouldn't recommend reusing them but in a pinch you can just don't depend on them for a long time. The head bolts can be reused again if they are within stretch spec's and will be just fine. Yes a little oil on the head bolts and used rocker bolts for torquing.
