Stripped or possible stretching more and not as tight at same settings.
Common for OEM bolts to not torqueing down the same.

    Not common to strip.

Did you put oil on all bolts?

I had the same problem, take the bad bolt out,and use an old one.
Make sure all bolts are tight, otherwise you will have a leaking gasket.
    I had 3 new bolts which kept stretching,it's a common problem .

This is what can happen when u re-use stretch-bolt, but these are new and may have been over-stretched due to no-lube or u may have a defective bolt. If it "feels" looser, it is.......

Thats why I always reccomend new ones. Even my arp's felt that way on one bolt but it torqued to specs also lube plays a factor as per z06 comment

sorry ya i bought new head bolts and i didnt put oil on the bolts .....so i should reuse an old bolt in that spot

    thanks Justin

so if i measure the old bolts 5.846 is the service limit so thats from the bottom of the washer to the bottom of the bolt and it cant be longer then the 5.846..........so i can just remove the #7 bolt and swap it out

okay i just measured all the old bolts and all but one seem to be 5.846 i locked the micrometer at the measurement slipped the washer back then measured from under the head to the end of the bolt and squared if off with a screw driver is it safe to reuse one bolt

just buy another bolt and replace it.
Or use ARP's with ARP lube.
