    2 Questions

    1. If I install a 3 degree keyway what psi can I safely go on the head and still run 92 octane? (highest available on the water where I ride)

    2. When I install the keyway, bump the head to whatever you guys tell me is good, and add the race filter w/efi controller. Should I expect to repitch the impeller as well or will that just be enough to get me where I need to be?

Right now its a out of box 14/20 dynafly turning 6990-7000rpms. Its an 05. thanks.

Hello porksword, Key way and 150psi is good with 93 octane 92 might be iffy. And yes you will need a repitch.

Good question I have the same concern does anyone have 150psi heads and a 3 degree key? Should we be safe and go 2 degree?

Do you need a keyway if you have an advent? Won't the advent advance it enough already?

any other imput on 150psi heads and 3 deg. keyway with 92 octane fuel? Wich mods give you more power / speed?? keyway or heads if you had to choose one ($$ not being an factor)

I would like to hear the answer on this as well. Since Im going to do both but need to run 92 octane, would I be better off to run a little less timing or a little less PSI just to be sure im safe? Like r33pwrd said, which gives the most gain?
