    7900 prm"s

    i have a 07 rxt riva 3" intake a solas srx-cd-14/17r impellar brand new wear ring new carbon ring newly rebuilt charger seeing 70 mph on speedo and 7950 top rpm's i have a 2 deg wedge and intake grate coming will those items make the difference to bring the prm's to around 8000 ?

    where do you ride? In this heat those RPM's seem normal, I was at 8100 in May and now im down to 7900 because of the heat/humidty

    You may have to tweek your prop a tad to get your RPMs back up to 8100..Your not that far off..a MM and 3/4 should get you right there IMO...

    i ride in lakes water temp is around 85 air temp mid 80's pretty humid though right now.

    I was seeing 8050-8100 earlier in the year now I cant get past 7750. New wear ring and recent SC rebuild so I think its the weather and humidity.

    I thought the '07's ECU allowed 8200-8300rpm?
