    R&D intake

    well i got my r&d intake put on last night and got the reverse mod done...took it out at noon today air temp was 101 and lake temp was 98....best speed on gps was 69mph and the rpm's were 7880/7900...i guess i need to get teh 4 inch air intake...will swaping inpellers help any...

    the best i got before was 7760 and about 64 on gps...now in a big guy 260lbs i think the intake grate helped alot now looking for the next mod.


    can someone list all the free mods that i can do at home ...already done the mod on the reverse bucket..gonna do the ride plate hole fill toinght...

    any free mods that i need to do to help

    The 4in air will get u very close to target rpms bro and prob about 73mph.

    May need to replace the wear ring, and check your charger slip. Your RPM's should be higher....

    that rpm seems about right for his temps.

    Check that the throttle cable is set to where your butterfly is fully open at full throttle. Mine was not from the factory.

    +1 I'm down 150-200 rpms right now than I usually am because of high humidity. It sucks. Ski doesn't want to pull as hard now with the weather.

    I am down more than that. It was 103 degrees here today with 87% humidity. Turning 7800. It sucks. Went from 78 mph to 73 at wot. This sucks....
