98 SLTX and SLTH starting question
I have a question on if my Polaris's are running right or if they could use some tuning. In order to start either my 98 SLTX or SLTH I have to have the choke all the way out and have the throttle at 100% then turn them over while slowly bringing the choke in.
This method works every time and is the only method that works no matter hot or cold. Also they are almost impossible to keep running at low RPM and always stall out if you try to let them idle.
Other then that when running 50% to WOT they run great. The SLTX gets 60 on the Lie o Meter and the SLTH goes about 45-50 or so.
These are my first skis and I've had them just over a year so I'm kinda learning as I go.
