    Stock RXP 2005

    Hi,
New to the forum and new to the worldwide of Sea Doo.
Just got a stock RXP '05. It has 150h on it. The supercharger is rebuild with new bearings and the stainless clutch rings.
Runs very good and revs up to 8150 rpms.
There is a bit of cavitation if I push to hard from start.
    Now to my question:
Is there any immediate upgrades to be done, like intake or Ride plate ?
Any obvious things to check for ?

You guys seem to be pro's so any tips will be appreciated .

Check your impeller and wear ring. I have a 2005 RXP that I just bought used this year. Just took it out yesterday with a new impeller and wear ring, I can't believe the difference. No more cavitation, and I'm turning 250 less RPMs, but about 8 more MPH.

Fizzle intake, SFR ride plate mod, fill ride plate holes, reverse bucket mod, Riva Grate. New wear ring, plugs, oil and filter. Also, a 14/19R and you should be good to go.

Thanks, any tjog hys on fuel consumtion ?
I have gone through 3 tanks of gas in teo days. Can't beleave how much it burns.
Wear ring looks goodwill and the impeller too. The service is done.
What is the bucket mod ?
    Will get the new intake.
What is the top speed you are getting with the above mods ?

On my ski If you stay out of the boost I can do 120 miles. Key is staying out of the boost. I cruise at 6k ish. Which is around 58-60 mph. It saves your wallet staying out of the boost.

Sorry for my spelling, IPAD was set to Swedish.
Thanks for the tips, really nice to know you guys are out there.
I have seen people using different ride plates - does it make a big difference ?
