hey guys, upgrading an 04 from plastic to aluminum ordered part 267000417. get the part and there seems to be an extra threaded holecomming out the rear in my new one, what is this for? you can see it is not there on the parts list....
also noticed there is a few REF #1's do i need to order all of these, i see one is a plastic plug maybe for this hole?

This is a 09 pump! You have to buy a 04-08 pump and use your shaft and new bearing-seals.09 pump is different and at the threaded end it has a plastic plug!

    The plastic flexes, causing cavitation.

ok so i would need to order new bearings for this husing then ? will my shaft work with these bearings and the housing? or i think i might get a pump from an rxp and take housing and components back. will this work if i just pull the imepller off the pump and throw mine in and wear ring? or do i need to change shafts? will my shaft even work with the bearings in pump?

I am wondering about changing my pump to the aluminum. I have an 03 SeaDoo GTX 4Tec Supercharged . My wide open throttle is 50mph. Does this # fit only 04 and newer?
