i got a 2007 rxp with only 7700 rpms.
i already checked the oil level it is between both bends when warm. the supercharger is not slipping as it was just redone 10 hours ago with metal washers and was torqued correctly. i put brand new spark plugs and gapped them to the .028 recomended here and on the manual. the pump has been completely rebuilt with new bearings, seals. Motor was aligned perfectly with the pump after. im going crazy i have no idea what it is. and i still have the stock prop.

Dude, I am in the same boat as you. I lost 400 rpms after I overheated my motor a few weeks back. Sometimes it will run up to 8100 rpms, then sometimes it will just drop. My afrs climb up to almost 14 and I can't seem to figure out why. I checked fuel pressure as I rode to see if it dropped once I got up to speed and it still would only turn 7600 rpms. I think I am going back to closed loop.

It is hard to help trouble shoot your ski for those on GH since they really do not know what mods if any you have. Your super charger may have been rebuilt recently, but the only way you will know if the slip is correct now is to check it. I believe most here would suggest you do that first while attempting to find the issue you are having.
Have you seen 8100 RPMs since the charger was rebuilt ?
What temps and humidity are you riding in ?
How many hours on your ski ?
If the slip checks ok, the next thing that I would do would be remove and clean and then reinstall the super charger to intercooler and the intercooler to throttle body connections.
Almost everyone will lose RPMs when riding in the heat and high humidity, does not look like elevation is a problem for you.
If that does not resolve your issue you may want to consider checking the compression and maybe a leak down test.

my mechanic did a crappy job on the supercahrger! i took out the intake hose and the wheel spins freely. he took it back and is fixing it free since i had paid him to do the job and he messed up. i just hope he fixes it right this time.
