    Better than oil pressure low.

It is either false alarm or stuck pressure relief valve.

Once again I don't have my service manual, but I don't think there is an oil pressure too hi code . Just exactly what is the dash code spitting out. I'm guessing you are getting an oil temp code , meaning too hot. Usually an indication you are about to spin a bearing.....please post the code letters you see on the dash in dealer mode.

A plugged oil filter/oil passage could cause this.

Never heard of such problem on Ultras.
Also, there is no such error code for High Oil Pressure on Ultras.

Probably he's seeing "OILH" and interpreting as high oil pressure when it really means oil temp too high. It's on page 3-23 of manual.
The only error code related to oil pressure is "OILP" which means oil pressure too low.

    Correct

there is NO HIGH OIL LEVEL warning

only OILH = Engine oil overheat

    check crank float
check oil cooler lines have water flow
remove oil filter , cut it open and look for a treasure chest of bearing material.

Has this engine ever had the pump bearings go poo poo ?

It is not the pump bearing giving you the code, but it usually is caused by pump bearing failure. Bearing fails, impeller pushes on drive shaft, which in turn pushes on the back of the crankshaft, which in turn overloads the miniscule thrust bearing on the center main bearing journal. When this fails you will ruin the Crankshaft and most likely the Cases- both are very expensive to replace.
Heed the advice in this thread. Cut open the oil filter- if its full of filings pull the motor and inspect the bottom end. Could save you a lot of money......

I think the OP has no clue what you are talking about.
Here is a pic of the worst case scenario but hope this is not the case for him.
