Kawasaki STX-15F Rope wound around drive shaft

How do I remove a tow line that was sucked in and is wound around the drive shaft?

Remove the spark plugs so it will be easier to spin the crankshaft backwards. You may still have to put a wrench on it. Don't know if yours has flats for a wrench on the coupling, but my Ultra does.
