    Intake Charge actual temp ???

I need to know, ROUGHLY, what the air temp is just after being compressed, as it leaves the SC...

I know the variables are ambient air temp, PSI, etc...

I just need a ballpark for testing reasons...

with the b-kit superchargers... it's about 250 degreed Fahrenheit after the supercharger, before it reaches the intercooler

after the intercooler it drops over 100 degrees

The above chart is based on 75 degree ambient temp at 75% efficiency....its automotive SC application, but still relates.

    115 degree increase roughly

Also remember some basic physics too that for every 20°F, 11°C drop in compressed air temperature, the moisture holding capacity of air is reduced by 50%.

    Ambient volume

    After compression

So would it be SAFE TO SAY that if the ambient air was 80 degrees as it enters the SC, the exit temp before the IC would be roughly 225-250 degrees....CORRECT?

Would that be the OEM IC dropping it about 100 degrees?

Information I could only find applied to the current RIVA unit...which they state drops the temp about 50 degrees MORE than OEM...

I will be getting my hands on an OEM unit, plus an XS unit, to test their flow and cooling...and will need a ROUGH starting point of air temp going through them...

    Sent him a PM...thanks.

My goal is to also get a Riva and RR unit, and perform the same tests...for EXACT side-by-side comparo...
