    From a double to a triple?

    Is it possible to go from a twin to a triple? Will the mounts fit?
    There is a triple for sale that is parted out and I have a 700 Virage twin.
    I NEED more power!

    If the bosses are in the hull and you have the triple bed plate, then yeah it should work. You will also need the CDI and stator from the triple. The stock impeller on your 700 will be too low of pitch so you'll need an impeller to match.

    Of course, this is all assuming they are both carb motors and the triple you speak of is a domestic (red top) motor. Technically, a FUJI motor can go into a '98 and later ski but it's way more work than it's worth.
