Does a GP800R need to have a resistor spark plug?

On a stock GP800R is Yamalube 2W the best oil to use?

As long as you are using the stock instrument cluster it would be better. not sure if it will affect the control module.

    Welcome to the forum

Stay with the recommended plug. NGK BR8ES
As for oil, I prefer Amsoil Interceptor.
Yamalube is ok, but it has been known to gum/sludge up the powervalves over time.
