    Slx 780 popoff pressure

I finally started working on my 1996 SLX with boyesen pro reeds again. At wetwolf's suggestion, I put in 2.3 needle valves and 80 gram springs with factory jets. What would the popoff pressure be? All three are testing 16psi...

Also, is there any problem with routing the fuel selector petcock and separator backwards from the schematic in the shop manual

By the chart, 2.3 and 80g works out @ 17 psi.

Don't really have a clue, but I'd guess having water separator BEFORE fuel selector would help prevent it from corrosion.
