    Getting my RPM's back.

I just installed a three blade 13/17 prop on my 06 RXT. My RPMs' dropped from 8120 to 7900. Would getting the setback done at speedfreaks be the best way to go, or should I start adding power mods like Craigo suggests?
Please keep in mind "I'm on a tight budget".

BTW, Would a scoop grate work better than stock with this style prop? "Looking for acceleration and hole shot mainly"

I'm usually good for a couple really stupid things per year.

Not sure if setback will gain rpm.
You can either add power or have your prop depitched.
