96 xp 800 oil pump help

The bracket on the top of the oil pump which holds the cable came off. i have the screws and what notto get it back togather. I'm wondering if there was a spring or anything under that bracket. The o-ring is still there.. does anyone maybe have an exploded view of the pump that could help me out? thanks!
