SLT 750 calls for 3 different needle settings, still rule after fuel pump upgrade ??

SLT 750 calls for 3 different needle settings, still rule after fuel pump upgrade ?? OR Is it because of the way fuel was fed down the line... less and less fuel. Mine the carbs, old fuel pump, all lines, and lean cly were done after last hole burn. I don't know why pro mech. didn't upgrade pump. I did the pump double feed method plugs look pretty close not lean at all pulling 6250 rpms holds all day and outruns 97 gs 717 seadoo. I haven't done piston wash yet. I can't believe how torquey it is when you grab a tiny bits of throttle.

The differing high speed needle settings is absolutely necessary regardless of fuel pumps. Each cylinder has slightly different fuel needs, the MAG needing the most because of heat from the stator, and that's the reason for the settings.

I like to go the factory settings plus about 1/8 to 1/4 extra turns out. That makes sure it's plenty rich then later when you have a good wash pattern you can dial in bit by bit until it's just right.
