    VTS troubleshoot question

When I push the up/down VTS buttons I get a relay click at the VTS module but no motor activity. I opened the VTS cover and noticed that the motor looked like new. I'm assuming no water got in. Is it possible for water to get into the VTS control box and not the motor cavity? I checked the 7.5a fuse and it looked fine. Does this usually indicate that the VTS box is no good?

I also noticed that the battery is slightly draining over time.

Pull the motor off and apply power and ground to the motor terminals. Its bidirectional so it doesnt matter which one is pos and neg. That will tell you a bit more.
