    Help 1200 gpr troubles!!!

Ok so I let my local yamaha guys do a top end rebuild then after 4 hrs the back exhaust coupling pops off then I take it back they fix it and now I fire it up and it sounds terrible like a fast pitched sound like a card in bicycle spokes I do a compression check and the front and middle cylinder are 95 psi and the back one is 30. So I pull the head and the first two cylinders have a spotted oil residue on them and the pistons are wet and glossy and then the back one is a caramel color and dry.. Nothing let go but I'm pissed so please help me diagnose before I take it to the yamaha place tomorrow and rip someone's ass!!!

    here's the middle cylinder
