    Jim's Plate or SFR Plate

    Thoughts? Pro's? Cons?

    I wouldn't make it a debate , I haven't had speeds plate but I do have one from jim that has been cut, i got used.. and i can tell you 2+ mph.. They both have similiar cut designs I think, so it's just who you want to buy from. Not for choppy water.. imo but lakes and such .. it kicks ass.. and got my x charger up to 79+ when I had it set up.

    Thanks for the input Sturm! SFR claims 3-4mph. I guess I wanted to see how realistic that was.

    Ive had both and i got rid of the jims and use speedfreeks now. Speedfreeks is faster and it does not porpose. Jims was slower by about 1 MPH and it porposed when in superman on anything but a full tank. Also Erik machines all three bolt bosses in a progressive manner. Meaning a small amount taken off of the front bosses by the intake great, alitte more on the middle bosses, and even more on the rear bosses. Jims is only machined on the rear bosses and not the middle and front ones.

    Gold im thinking the same me and that talkie dude were talking im at 78.5 with 1 run I made a bunch of changes plus a 29 cam so if i get 79.5 im pulling my plate for either a riva or his with stock ecu he told me i be at 80 with his I might take his challenge shit me and him can hang for a while I have got off the phone with erik and said wtf this guys on drugs i waited a minute and said I will try it and bammmmmmmmm
