No pressure from fuel pump EXPERTS Please Help!

I have been trying to get a recently acquired SL 650 to run correctly and have completely gone through the entire fuel system replacing all fuel lines -filters -check valves-cleaned out carbs-new pulse line- have cleaned out restricter in return line-cleaned out fuel tank-new fuel pick ups in tank-cleaned out on/reserve switch- etc. The ski came with a 3 outlet Mikuni fuel pump that I assumed was good because it looked new, I took all three fuel feed lines off and used the primer bulb to fill the pump with fuel, left the pulse line hooked to it, then cranked tge engine over for probably 30 seconds and the fuel just barely dribbled out the 3 outlets. Hardley any pressure at all. How much pressure should this have hooked up like this? I expected it would shoot fuel out kind of firm. The inside of the pump looked good. I thought it was supposed to have 35 psi. Please advise on what to look for in this situation. When you pump fuel to the carbs with the primer bulb, the ski runs good untill the fuel is burned up then it bogs way down.Do you think the fuel pump is bad? Thanks for any help...

ok lets start at the top,,,,,,,
compression on cyl that the pulse line is hooked up to?above 100?
length of pulse line??less than 12 inchs??
But yes it should come out of the pump with good force -- sound like it may be time for a new pump..

Any fluids inside the pulse hose? (shouldn't be)

Fuel pump diaphragm may have a hole in it it, or could be damaged.

Are you sure it's plumbed correctly.

They're cheap enough to buy a new one since you've done everything else

Install a vacuum pump on the pulse fitting of the fuel pump. Apply 5 inches of vacuum and see if it holds. (it should)
