Ski ever sink? Stand the seat against a wall with the front down and see if any water comes out.

The seat is waterlogged, if the seat is crazy heavy. One of buds sank his PX and never could get the seat to dry out.

i have seem people throw them in the shallow water while looking at /in the engine bay...i have no idea why seadoo didnt make the w closed cell foam...they made them a giant sponge...and they dont really float well..you would think they would make them so you could use them as a flotation device should you sink

I just weighed my two PXs seat for you. Your seat should weigh about 18lbs.

You might have a tear thats letting in the water each time you use it so tipping it up wont get rid of all of it.

If you want to fix the problem youd be best to pull off the seat cover, dry out the seat in the sun. Recover it with aftermarket cover and seal it up.
