Rust in the bearings or lack of oil. Check your oil injection lines and check valves for proper operation. If the top end wasn't damaged you could get a rebuilt crank and be ok. Premix is a personal choice. A properly maintained oil injection system is reliable. At least to me premix is a pain in the ass. a 3M eraser wheel is what gets decals off. They are around 40 bucks at an auto body supply shop. Read up on the fuel system updates and do them before you try to ride the ski again

Sounds good. Hay if you dont mind i have a few more things to ask you. I would like to do my jet ski black and withe. When you took your decals off did you have to have the haul painted. And about how much did it cost you for your hood seat and trim to be done red and black. I now have two 1994 polaris 750. I just traded a tool box for one with a cracked block. So if you ever need a part just let know. If i can i would like to do my seat in vinyle and and paint my trim and hood my self.

I painted the whole top side on mine. It was completely beat to hell when I got it. The eraser wheel is the best way to take the decals off. I painted the bumpers with krylon fusion.

I have been working on a 750 restoration for the past couple of weeks. The hull is pretty beat up. What did you use for paint on the hull? Any recommendations for repairing major cracks?
