very easy to do, i have done it be hand on many skis

    1. remove steering linkage, trim if you have it and reverse
    2. remove four 13mm bolts holding venturi to pump
    3. remove 17mm bolts or nuts holding pump to ski
    4. insert a small nut or some sport of spacer into the impeller nose cone and reinstall pump ( this will prevent drive shaft from moving backwards when you are trying to remove the inside parts, make sure you don't tighten too much because you don't want to force the driveshaft into the motor too hard)
    5. go inside and try to slide the silver collar back towards the pump to expose the c-clip and push clip off using a flat head screw driver, do not loose
    6. now you can take the pump back off and pull the driveshaft straight as you can out of the back of the boat, once out you should hear the silver collar hit the hull
    7. should be clamps on the carbon collar and bellows, installing of new is self explanatory
    8. reverse process using spacer in prop to re install the silver collar and clip, this is where you might need another hand if you have a 3 seater one to guide the shaft in and another to slide the collar over it as its guided in

You would think there would be a how to with pictures for this? once the shaft is out can u just pull out the carbon seal and put in another? Is there anything that seals this where it goes into the hull?
