Msx 150 intercooler
Hey there has anyone found a better/easier way of removing and reinstalling the 150's intercooler ? Without removing half the engine.
Thanks in advance.

Yes there is a way, you have to take out the steering assembly though. There is a bulletin on it. I will see if I can find the copy.
Still not a walk in the park, it only goes one way and it is still tight.

Just to throw my 2 cents in... I emptied out the fuel tank and loosened the straps holding the tank and slid it forward to give the intercooler more space to slide out... It's way too tight with the tank sitting where it is.
