    wtf! rxpx went from running amazing to shutting off, and now is seized up!?

    alright so jsut had my SC rebuild 10 hours ago, viton seals, carbon seal, done, oil change 10w40 mobil 1 bike oil.

    ski ran flawlessly up until it turned off...

    so was going wot up river, maybe for a mile or 2, 8100 rpms, ski felt perfect started to gradually come off throttle once it got close to idle, it jsut turned off.....

    tried to restart it, and nothing, its locked up... awesome..

    so i sit there floating as my friends had no idea that this had happened for about 5 minutes, try to start it again, while blipping the throttle and it starts but something doesnt sound right and rubbing, let go of throttle and it dies and is locked up again.

    Doesnt sound like the engine but who knows

    All plugs are perfect, oil is good no coolant, no codes of any sort.

    ideas?

    would a pump bearing lock the ski up?

    something in SC keep the ski from turning over?

    oh ya, 125 hours on ski, and its a 09

    Sounds like a sc bearing let go and locked up.

    after 10 hours? the entire sc was re done with a ET kit, shaft, bearings, etc. if thats the case is my motor going to be effected?

    dropping ski off tomorrow so ill know more then.

    even if you loose a bearing and lock the SC wheel up motor will still run, i ran for miles and i know others that have as well to get home...

    not ahh u lucky mine locked the bearing and it was tighter than a fish puss. pull plugs and supercharger turn motor over disconnect fuel pump check compression

    i would start by pulling the kanaflex off your charger and stick ur fingers in the wheel. see if the wheel turns slightly in both directions.

    chris i got your number from phil, thanks for giving me a hand with my ski saturday. its raining, cant fit the double wide anywhere enclosed at the moment to do work on. joe told me to bring the thing tomorrow, so thats what im gonna do. def gonna wanna see what he finds wrong before he starts doing anything.
