    R&D Superclutch or ET Billet Supercharge Housing

    Which of these is the better choice to help with clutch issues on higher boost? Does one have any advantages over the other?

    The secondary clutch systems are pretty similar but there are some slight differences; the biggest one being price.

    You can run either up 16-18psi. After that the stock thrust race will flog out. Art's billet charger has the linear bearings which can then handle over 18+.

    But your still gunna have issues with any supercharger regardless of the mods, eventually. Consider turbo.

    I have ET24 charger. well, used to have till yesterday - charger impeller broke in pieces two laps in cc race. We have not yet removed and disassembled charger, so I don't know what was the cause in the first place. I will post pictures once we find this out. This charger went through 4 cc races (12 fifteen minutes runs total) with 4 broken 2010 style clutches and slip check after every run (5 times we had to adjust it). I also have R&D heavy couplers and lightened intermediate charger gear on this FZR.

    It's not available yet. They ran into some delays in releasing it but it won't be long now I'm told.

    The only ones that have run it that I know of is their test boats.

    Why is it only for flat water use? Does it not take well to shock?

    whole lot of boost on components like the stock clutch that from that factory runs only 6 psi boost.. 4x more the 2010 sprague units are very light duty as well. Anyone with a deep checking account can bolt on more power. It appears little testing was done on the race set up in Russia.
