Weird RPM jump with my set up.... Need a little help from the prop pros

Currently my new set up is working fine and found my boost leak but I have an RPM issue. My mods are listed below but basics are 2Rude, Intercooler, RR 8650 ECU, Stock pump with skat moded veins to 162mm (meaning stock prop size with bigger outlet) with a moded venturi using 85mm outlet, 15/22 and others..... What I am seeing is about 12lbs @ 7700 RPMS.... if I am on super flat water it's like "Vtech" kicks in (for you ricers out there) and my RPMS jump to about 8000..... I have no idea why this is because normally I am only hitting 7650-7700 RPMS. I was told to get a 15/22 and now some close course guys are telling me I was told wrong, since I have a higher limiter I need to go 15/19 and pitch from there hence I am missing about 1000 RPMS..... Was I told wrong with the 15/22? .....

Way to rich..your loosing RPMs there......I wold think you should be able to turn that prop with your setup no problem....I run a stock ECU,2 rude,Riva Gen 1 ICer and turn a 15/22 with a 83mm ring no problem at 80+ mph...

Ok, lets assume my RPMs are consistent with stock limiter and then I bump my limiter to 8650.... I need to change my prop to spin higher RPMs correct?
