Riva Cold Air Intake BUSTED BULKHEAD

Yesterday when I was doing my Pre Ride Look Around I Noticed that the black plastic bulkhead that the k&n filter bracket bolts to was crack at 3 of the 4 bolts.
I always thought this was the weekest part of their system, so I took her apart this morning and replaced it with 1/8 thick aluminum also I went to the Nutty Company in Derby Ct. to find a better way to secure it instead of those nylon rivets , another very week part of their system.
I got her all back together an hour ago and she looks bullet proof now!! I will upload some piks later after a few well deserved Brews.
    Anybody else have this problem?

I was not at all impressed with Riva's Design..........50 dollar setup costing over 200....come one man, If I had to go that route Id do the R&D...but I used the stock air box and modified it with a R&D powerfilter....same results at 1/2 the price
