    cranck shaft question?

I have a 2000 gp1200 with about 180 hours on it. I pulled the engine out to clean the hull, change the starter and bendix, and also put in a block off kit so I can run pre-mix. While I had the engine on the cherry picker the legs came out of the cherry picker, the engine fell to the ground and I put a small crack in the front of the case. I took the whole engine apart today and the crank looks good. My question is do I really need to get it checked out? If I do, I live in North West New Jersey is there any place close to me that I can just drop it off too?

No your crank is perfectly fine, dont worry about it. It was a fine running ski, it will be fine again just with new cases and seals.

as long as the front cover was on, the crank should be fine. if the front cover was off and the crank hit the ground then you might want to have it checked for being true.
