Anybody have any thoughts on a "trolling motor" for a jet ski ?

Im not really meaning mounting a actual trolling motor.....just another way to move a ski quietly towards the schools of feeding fish.....as we have Stripers, Hybrids ,Largemouth and Kentuckys that come up in the jumps... and I really hate starting the ski to move towards them....be it just a bump of the motor.

Just looking to see if anybody else has thought about this or maybe has tried........

Maybe a small water proof electric motor with a small prop mounted on the top of the steering nozzle....

A bilge pump, computer fan, and 4" PVC housing.

    Google "ROV bilge motor"
    Pictures.

I used a bilge pump, which is light weight n cheap
A used computer fan (heavy plastic kind)
PVC 4" to 2" reducer from home depot

Switched the polarity on the bilge pump to make the motor spin opposite, + wire to - battery terminal, and - wire to + terminal.

I saw a couple of folks on www.jetskisportfishing.com that actually used trolling motors. One guy set it up pretty slick with a rear mounted one that came off. The only thing on the deck was a round plate with it off.
